During an incredibly upsetting and confusing time Alfred Smith's have been such a support to us and helped us to give our dad the send off he deserves. Donna is just amazing and I couldn't thank her enough for everything. I spoke with Kelli briefly and she too was incredibly kind and helpful. On the day the hearse looked beautiful and the gentlemen/pall bearers were again second to none. Thank you so much for helping us through such an awful time. All the best, Katie

Alfred Smith are fantastic. The way Kelli and her team help our family with the loss of our Mum was second to none. Everything from the first arrangement meeting right through to collection of Mums ashes was done with the upmost compassion with every detail taken into consideration. When you are at your lowest ebb and have to lay to rest a loved one make Alfred Smith your 1st port of call. Highly recommended.

I have used Alfred Smith twice in the past year, both times they have been excellent. The staff are very kind, understanding and friendly, especially Kelli Golding.

Highly recommend! This is the second time we have had to use Alfred Smith, Donna was the lady who had arranged everything for us so was truly amazing, she was very thoughtful and did not rush us. The whole members of the funeral directors who were apart of the funeral went the extra mile. Nothing was too much trouble when they undertook my daughter's funeral. My daughter Emma Louise Payne died suddenly on the 15th August 2021 at the young age of 40. We were besides ourselves during a very traumatic time and they were compassionate and professional at all times. Their excellent service was evident from the manager in the Office, Kelli and all other staff including the pall bearers. Kelli went above and beyond in her dealings with us, helping us through the process and offering advice. The pallbearers were very respectful and kind to all who attended the funeral. Our wonderful Mother died recently and knowing a few families who had used this company we contacted them to make arrangements. Our first contact was with Kelli who was incredibly sympathetic. We arranged an appointment for two days later and were greeted by Donna who made us feel very welcome and put us at ease. Donna and Kelli were excellent to deal with as well as being incredibly understanding and patient. The actual premises are very classy and have obviously been recently refurbished. There is a lovely air of peace and tranquillity. From Donna and Kelli, to the pall bearers on the day, this team are professional and courteous and made everything as smooth and pleasant as is possible in such awful circumstances.

Everyone at Alfred Smith in Rosehill made arranging and going through my Mother's funeral as pleasant and comforting an experience as this could be. The whole thing was handled with sensitivity, professionalism. All our needs and demands met, even to keeping us dry when the heavens opened after the funeral. Thank you everyone
